eBook Survey Reveals Consumers Want Music, MultiMedia Content in eBooks, and Are Willing To Pay A Premium For It.

I've been embedding links to my YouTube videos in my eBooks since I first started doing them.  It's always been my intention to link multimedia into my eBooks.  What type of multimedia (if any) would you like to see in an eBook?  Would you pay a premimum for an eBook with multimedia?
